GET INTO THE HOLIDAY SPIRIT WITH A DAY SPENT MAKING TASTY TREATS IN THE WIND & RYE KITCHEN!
Pastry Chef Nicole Plue has spent years testing, tasting and perfecting her favorite cookies, snacks and desserts ideal for gifting this time of year. In this hands on workshop students will create both sweet and savory treats that will please any pallet and have a long shelf life, making them ideal for packaging up and sending to loved ones near and far. Her unique flavor combinations give new life to traditional favorites. From candies to ice cream toppings, charcuterie board parings to specialty drinks and more! We will supply a variety of boxes, containers, ribbons and bows to wrap your goodies to go and each student will leave with a variety of items and all the recipes to make more on their own this holiday season.
Drinks and snacks will be provided with a delicious lunch shared at the end of class.
