The foods you eat and the way you eat them can have a huge impact on your mood and emotional health! Join Nutritional Therapist Meredith Brown for this new class focused on helping you feel more calm, even tempered and reducing feelings of anxiety by building thoughtful eating habits.
With a food as medicine approach, she will share simple, easy to apply tips for improving your mood.
Students will begin by learning about the foods, minerals and herbs that often have the greatest impact on how we feel emotionally. Next you will receive recipes and menus incorporating these foods into delicious, healthful dishes aimed at cleansing the liver and adrenal systems, allowing your body to more easily cope with the stresses of everyday life! From drinks to entrees and snacks in-between, Meredith has enticing ideas for what to eat and schedules for when to enjoy them for maximum benefit.
This class will help you feel empowered to take control over your mood and anxiety levels in approachable, easy to execute and most importantly enjoyable ways!
A dinner of local organic foods will be provided along with snacks and drinks throughout the evening.
Students will go home with all recipes, meal plans and goodies created in class.
